We need your help to bring Mettâtations to the world. There is a lot of work for me to do alone, writing and recording audios and videos, putting together the workshops, designing and developing the website, developing the apps, writing the book, getting the store up and running, raising money, etc, etc. With your help and support, I can get some help and we can bring more Mettatations and tools to you sooner. Mettatations are happening. I know that these can help millions of people all around the world so I will continue to write and record mettatation, because the world needs more positive energy, more positive people, and more mental health. These will change people's lives, because Mettatations are an easier and better way to meditate and the health benefits are significant. We will also be working with researchers on quantifying the effects soon.

We are doing our crowdfunding campaign through gofundme.com because of it's flexibility. I originally was putting together a kickstarter campaign, but the all-or-nothing approach with a deadline, doesn't fit with the nature of Mettatations. Mettatations is going to be a world-wide movement with no end. I then started with indiegogo, but again, I didn't like some of the restrictions, so I picked gofundme, even though I would have preferred the Kickstarter reputations. But this isn't about reputations and unimportant things; this is about helping people lead happier and healthier lives. Mettatations are about helping people have more Peace, Love, Compassion, Forgiveness, Wisdom, and Gratitude in their minds, bodies, and hearts so that they can live more positive, engaged, meaningful lives. Donating will allow me to hire help for the website, for the app, for recording better quality audio and video mettatations, for hiring a lovely voice actor to record audios (listen to the difference above), etc. This will allow me to write, develop, and record more mettatations. The Foundations of Mettatations

Mettâtations are the integration of several practices into new healing, restorative, and energizing practices. To understand the practice fully, you can examine the individual and integration of the different components listed below. Mettatations are powerful and multi-faceted practices directly connecting the internal (mind, body, spirit), external (others/world), and universal; with the past, present, future.


Positive Psychology

How we use our mind to help ourselves flourish is the most important thing to master. Happiness only comes from within our mind. What we think about things is more important than the thing that happens. Let's actively build positive thoughts and turn them into positive actions.

Breath

Pranayama

Air is literally energy. We take the breathe, the air for granted. The air we breathe holds the energy of the universe. We can bless the air we breathe and use it to heal and rejuvenate our body and mind.

Touch

Touch

Touching is essential for normal human development. Yet, in many cultures we don't touch. Unfortunately, touch, like love, can be misunderstood and make people uncomfortable. Yet it is an extremely powerful energy source that we can use to heal and energize our body and mind.

Movement

Movement

Movement during Mettâtation. Movement helps us to directly access the energy in our body so that we can replace it with positive energy. Movement is encouraged in Mettâtations. Move and do what makes your body feel good!


Meditation

The meditation part of mettâtation practices is different. Mettâtations have a goal. Instead of trying to create space from our thoughts, we are actively creating positive thoughts and energy within our mind, body, and hearts.

Yoga

Yoga

Mettâtations fall under the larger 'Yoga' umbrella. It is a combination of the branches of Yoga into a new practice with the added advantage of integrating the latest benefits of positive psychology research. Move, Breathe, Live Well.
