Mettâtations and Positive Thoughts.

Mettatating conditions us to have more positive thoughts. As we mettatate we are building neural pathways in our brains that cultivate Peace, Love, Compassion, Forgiveness, Wisdom, and Gratitude. We are also cultivating these feelings and experiences in our bodies. Having more positive thoughts and being a more positive person helps us to be a happier and healthier person.

Mettatations are an active way to build more positive thoughts and to change our brains to be more positive. We consciously work to generate positive thoughts and experiences in our brains. And the more you exercise your positivity, the more positive and resilient you will be. The benefits of being positive are far reaching.

The research on Positive Psychology shows that if we can build more and better Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishments the happier and healthier we will be.

Would you rather be around positive, motivating, supporting, and inspiring people or fearful negative people? Well, you can be the positive person that other people need.

Part of the core of most Mettâtations is some variation of the following:

"May all of my thoughts and actions be of positive benefit to myself and others,
All of my thoughts and actions are of positive benefit to myself and others,
The world is filled with positive thoughts and actions, let all of us be of benefit to ourselves, others, and to the world."

Each Mettâtation that you do will be of benefit to you. The more Mettâtations that you do, the more your life will change for the better. Over time, your mind will grow with Peace. You won't have to ask for Peace, you will have it. It will become the state in which you live. Over time, your body will hold more love. With practice, filling your body with Love will happen with just one listen or recitation or simple thought. And as you listen and practice these Mettâtations, your heart will grow with Compassion. Your heart will be more open and you will have more compassion for yourself and for others every minute of the day. As you build up all of this positive energy and power, you will be able to use it in your life. You can transform your life for the better using Mettâtations.

This last part of the core of each Mettâtation is the transition where you can make positive changes in your life. It can simply be a place where you can replenish your energy and recharge your spirit. Mettâtations will generate peace, love, and compassion within you that will be of benefit to you and others. By adding the fourth part and bringing it into our consciousness, we are able to add just that little bit of extra attention and energy to it that will allow us to bring it into being. We can connect to ourselves and to the divine using Mettâtations. This is a direct line to Peace, Love, Compassion, and Positive Action from 'the Source.'
